Vegetable Garden!

The garden needs some TLC(Tender Loving Care). This weekend is supposed to be very nice. In the 60's and we don't have anything on the calendar right now! I hope to be planting Pea's. YEA!

Cleaning Up Flower Beds! February 4th

This is the forsythia after the trim. I had the camera out, but I forgot to take the before photo. I know you are not suppose to trim back/down a forsythia, but I hope it is ok to just cut out some branches.
I also trimmed some russian sage and pulled out some dead iris leaves. There were new leaves under the old dead leaves. I love to pull out the dead leaves and find new green leaves. There was still some snow around the iris, but it was a beautiful day I couldn't just stay inside!
