This is the forsythia after the trim. I had the camera out, but I forgot to take the before photo. I know you are not suppose to trim back/down a forsythia, but I hope it is ok to just cut out some branches.I also trimmed some russian sage and pulled out some dead iris leaves. There were new leaves under the old dead leaves. I love to pull out the dead leaves and find new green leaves. There was still some snow around the iris, but it was a beautiful day I couldn't just stay inside!
